Building Effective Workshops for Trusted Intermediaries: Emphasis on Consumer Protection Topics

Monday, March 31, 2014 - This webinar takes you through the planning, design, preparation, presentation, and evaluation processes for workshops ranging from a full day to discreet lunch-and-learn sessions. It highlights tools, tips, pitfalls, and concrete examples to help you plan and deliver effective public legal education training for trusted intermediaries (frontline workers, agency staff, community workers, etc.). The focus is on the use of the case study method in a consumer protection education setting, but the planning tools may be used in any Public Legal Education (PLE) setting. For more information see:
