Asking for money from the Huronia, Rideau, and Southwestern Regional Centre class action settlements

Recorded on March 31, 2014 - There were three class action lawsuits about abuse of people labeled with intellectual disabilities who lived at the Huronia, Rideau, and Southwestern Regional Centres. Those lawsuits have now settled and there is money for some people who lived there. They must file a Claim Form to ask for this money. Family members and support persons may fill in the form for them. There will be only 120 days to file the Claim Form once the claims process begins.
